THE CLAY POT POTTERY STUDIO POLICIES

Picking Up Finished Pieces-

Items will be available for pick-up approximately 3 to 4 weeks after your visit to our studio

​You will  receive a text when your items are ready to be picked up 


Please contact the studio if you have not heard from us within 4 weeks from your visit


You are responsible for either picking up your pieces within 60 days of your visit

or contacting us to arrange for shipping of your pieces to you (shipping fee applies)


​Any item not picked up after 60 days will no longer be available for pick up due to the limited storage space in the studio - no refunds will be made for items not picked up by the customer


​Items may be shipped to you at an additional fee - ask us for details!​​

The Clay Pot Refund Policy - 
for Pottery Wheel Experiences, Kids Pottery Wheel Experiences, Group Events, Workshops and all Special Events including Wine & Wheel and Raku 

Your purchase will guarantee your spot for the event. 

All  cancellations will receive a studio credit, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

You may use this credit towards any future event.

No studio credit will be given for “no-shows." If you do not show up at your reserved time, your purchase will be forfeited.

By purchasing  an event, you agree to these terms.

Studio credit valid for one year from date of purchase.
 

Personal Items

Please  do not leave any personal belongings unattended while in the studio or  place anything in the pockets of your aprons

The studio will not be responsible for any personal items
